I specialize in helping clients decrease symptoms of anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. Often there are responsibilities, situations, thoughts, and even people who trigger anxiousness or panic in us. Too often good days immediately turn bad within seconds of a negative thought or interaction. I have years of experience helping my clients gain relief of symptoms within the first few sessions using simple and efficient ways to intervene at the first sign of worry and panic. Believe it or not, you don't have to live the rest of your life feeling in distress emotionally and physically. It's time to feel joy more frequently again!
Additionally, I am trained in helping couples to identify the growth and strength areas in their relationship. I am a Prepare and Enrich Certified Facilitator and I offer an assessment tool for premarital and marital couples who want professional, accurate and evidence-based insight of ways to enrich their relationship and have healthier connections.
I enjoy my work as a therapist and believe that therapy is successful when you feel better or have some new insight into how to handle a problem in a healthier way. The best gift to self is clarity. Knowing who, what, when, where, why, and how can make a difference in you feeling happier and in control of your life and the outcome of your relationships.
